HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT MY SENSITIVE SKIN WILL NOT BE IRRITATED?
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If your sensitive skin is a concern I would definitely consult your dermatologist to see if they would recommend esthetician services or not for your specific condition. If the doctor suggests that our relationship could be beneficial to your skin health, we can discuss the details in your complimentary consultation, and after the first cleanse I will determine if your skin is too sensitive for steam or not. You can still enjoy a facial without the steam aggravating the sensitivity. I will always use products free from irritating or overly drying ingredients on sensitive skin. And will gently exfoliate if needed. You may even come in ahead of time for a patch test if you are still concerned.

A passion and love for the industry has gained me loyal clientele after graduating from the Academy of Cosmetology. I love what I do, and I love making you feel like I listened to your concerns, made you feel and look beautiful, relaxed, and revitalized. I take my time with my hands, focusing on pressure points in the face during the facial massage. Ensuring each client has an experience they will return for again and again.
I am blessed you are my client. Since a high-quality experience is my standard, I provide a personalized positive experience to every one of my clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you and the entirety of the treatment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that all clients: Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that your esthetician may have the opportunity to reschedule another client.
Cloud9 Skin Care includes the time of clean up in each service to provide efficient, one-on one sessions and sanitation after EVERY client leaves the room. Timing is everything; And I do not want to infringe upon another client's appointment time and to honor this you must please agree to the following standards:
Late Arrivals: I understand that local and freeway traffic can get busy, the parking lot can get hectic, and life can happen. However, please know that if you arrive more than 5 minutes late to please contact your esthetician by text or call. I will always do my best to accommodate your appointment under all circumstances.
Although please note that you may be asked to reschedule and be charged a fee of $30 to the credit card on file if there is not enough time for your treatment experience as a high-quality experience is my standard.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: That occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24 hours to your appointment) will be charged a fee $30 to the card on file, if there is not a card saved you will be sent an invoice for the fee.
No Show Policy: Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a “No Show” fee, which is 60% of the original cost of the scheduled service(s).

By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving Cloud9 Skin Care permission to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and/or a no-show.

Unfortunately I am not liable to treat anyone under the age of 18.
